Will you be a lifeline for Cesar a small, lonely female spider monkey and owl monkey Momo in Peru, desperately needing your help?

Cesar and Momo are just babies living alone in the city. Nobody understands them, or their fears. Their childhood and family were stolen when the hunters stole them from the forest home and to illegally sell them as pets.

With your help ADI can place these monkeys in rehabilitation programmes in the Peruvian forest with other spider monkeys and owl monkeys. It can be a slow process, but if successful, they will be returned to a safe, protected areas of the forest with her own families of monkeys. If it is not possible for either monkey to be rehabilitated for return to the wild they would remain in ADI’s care in a forest sanctuary with other monkeys.

Your contribution will go towards:

  • Temporary facilities and care in Lima prior to relocation
  • Relocating Cesar and Momo to their new home
  • Veterinary care
  • Feeding and care for Cesar, Momo and our other rescued monkeys (ADI currently cares for 8 different species of rescued primates)
  • Ending the illegal wildlife trade and wildlife markets

Please give what you can and transform these little monkeys’ lives.
